inhabitant (n): a person or animal that lives in a particular place

assumption (n): something that you think is true although you have no definite proof

E.g.: A lot of people make the assumption that poverty only exists in the Third World.
foreclosure (v): to take back property that was bought with borrowed money because the money was not being paid back as formally agreed
